« The room was clean and the staff were all very nice, but I had paid for a hotel with a pool so that my husband and grandchild would have something fun to do while we took the car and attended a local concert. Needless to say , the pool was closed, had been undergoing renovations since February and we were highly disappointed and nowhere was this stated on the hotel website. « The 2nd and 3rd floor are former smoking rooms that still have the horrible stench of the smoke. The 1st room I was in had a cracked window that I felt was unsafe. The 2nd room was a former smoke room. My 3rd room was back on the 1st floor with a horrible smelling desk chair....like sweat, body odor. Would never recommend this hotel. »

« I was there for a girls trip with my adult daughters and our little dogs. We loved the place. It had all the comforts of home.When we ventured out we went hiking, checked out local dining.I would stay here again if I returned to the area. »

« Parking was easy. We had 6 cars. We had two dogs with us who did well and a neighborhood dog who came to visit and was a hit with the children.The entrance with the curved staircase was perfect for our balloon drop on New Year's Eve.If your visit is during the cold winter months, I would advise bringing extra blankets.
