She told me 2 times that it did not work, but did not help me at all. And every time we passed her in the next days and greeted her, she didn't say anything back. Luckily the other people were friendly and helpful. The room and the bed were great. It was a pity that the windows could not be opened, I like to sleep with te windows open. '

'The trip started out bad -when we arrived the entire system had shut down with no idea when it would be back up. The guys at the front desk were nice as could be-the situation was completely out of thier hands. As we were looking for another place, the system came back up, much to a LOT of other guests happiness! The room key was handed out in record time-I have NEVER had such a speedy check-in!
