'I usually stay at double trees becauseI find they are consistent quality. This particular double tree is in need of renovations. Its nothing terrible but just many little things adding up. The flange around the shower head wasn't attached to the wall so you can see the hole where the pipe goes in. The bathroom was clearly painted over wall paper. The peep hole on the door wasn't attached right so i had to rotate it around to make sure the peep hole was covered. I was there for 3 nights and there...

'When we chrcked in the lady at the counter was not very friendly and helpful. We had to pay a deposit, but my creditcard did not work. She told me 2 times that it did not work, but did not help me at all. And every time we passed her in the next days and greeted her, she didn't say anything back. Luckily the other people were friendly and helpful. The room and the bed were great. It was a pity that the windows could not be opened, I like to sleep with te windows open. '

'The staff was friendly, professional and helpful. The room was clean and nicely appointed, but some of the furniture was dated and scratched up. The bathtub has the strangest mechanism to operate it and the way to get hot water is counter intuitive. The biggest problem is the lighting. I feel that there is not enough lamps for the suite that I was staying at, and the wattage was so low on the bulbs that the room was very dim with all the lights on.'
