'Yes the host was friendly and very helpful. Our dog was happy in the back yard area and we loved the proximity to the beach! We walked several times a day !! The full moon was a bonus as well. Knowledge the host was just a phone call away was reassuring if we needed anything I would recommend the Pink Dolphin highly! '

'Audrey was amazing to work with and answered all my questions. The space was perfect for my husband and I. The bed was very comfortable and soft. A huge plus for the two of us. Pillows were comfortable as well. She had all the tools one would need in the kitchen, we only used plates and the Keurig. It is close to food and coffee shops, not walkable but driving is easy. The beach is walkable with its own access which is nice with the shower outside to rinse feet was great. We will be back! '

'Love Jacksonvile to begin with but this house is in a perfect spot and the history and character it has was amazing. We were able to walk to Publix for a few things and it is close to so many restaurants and businesses. The weather was beautiful and the patio was perfect! Had a question and called instead of texting and owner pick up right away! Everything was excellent right down to the nice neighbor who allowed us to love on her little puppy while walking her. Great stay and would stay again!'

'Had a great stay. My family loved the Star Wars theme. Home was clean and had plenty to do. They have board games as well as the gameroom tables. The only time I had to message the owner for anything they were fast to response. Definitely will look up again on our next trip to Jacksonville. '

'Property was absolutely perfect. There were sooo many restaurants in walking distance of this place. It’s in an amazing neighborhood, close to the water and close to shops and restaurants! We walked to a Italian place and had delicious pizza and spaghetti!'
