'This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The front desk staff was rude and inattentive. They totally ignored several guests at the front desk. The room was disheveled and in poor condition. The smoke detector had been removed and only bare wires were hanging from the wall. The ceiling in the bathroom was peeling and the drain stops were not working. The breakfast was almost non-existent. The highlight was that the coffee tasted good and was hot. 'The hotel was on very bad shape. On top of that, the rooms were filthy. The first room I got, had a variety of foodrests on the floor, from meats to fruits. Also the curtains were torn. I complained and got a new room, which should be better. It was a little better but still unacceptable filthy. The lady behind the desk was genuinely nice and apologized.
