« Great spot just down the street from the boat dock. House was clean and worked well for 8 of us. Not sure you could sleep 12 unless you brought air mattresses. Breaker kept blowing in the kitchen, but easy access to flip it back on. Host was wonderful, provided great communication and very flexible. Would Recommend for a fun lake weekend! »

« This rental went above and beyond our expectations. The house is much nicer and bigger in person. The amenities are extraordinary. You 1,000% get what you pay for and then some! 10 out of 10 recommend and we will be back! »

« Our son had an event in the area and we were in need of a comfortable place to stay for our family and dogs. The cabin was perfect for our needs. We only explored a small amount of the property but it was lovely and if we had more time would have enjoyed it more. Very clean. Plenty of room. Good communication with owner. If we are back in the area, we would definitely stay there again if available. »

« We didn't bring our pet, due to schedules of the family so greatful for the availability to being a pet. The place was sparkling clean and beds just perfect- one soft and one firm pillow just lovely! So convient to everything we needed! »

« The stay was great! The Konza Prairie Hike was beautiful! Love Mankato! Plenty of good restaurants close by. The home was nice, just as advertised. I would say that the only negative was that I wrote a nice “Thank You” note for the owners, which never garnered even the slightest acknowledgment. We listed a couple of small items that needed repair (certainly did not detract from the stay) - no reply. Other than that, a terrific stay! I’d rate the overall experience 4/5. »

« We really enjoyed our stay at this cute home in Manhattan. We stayed in the upper portion and it was 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, living room, dining room, nice kitchen & beautiful huge backyard with lots of shade trees. The house sits back from the main road so that offers nice privacy. There is a huge driveway to park in with tons of space. The owner was great with communication and it was very affordable. « We hosted a get together for an upcoming wedding and was the perfect set up! So clean and inviting. The location was great, near all major road ways to get wherever and back super easy. »

« A "tranquil hideaway" is a perfect description of this gem. The home is lovely and comfortable. The kitchen is perfectly equipped with anything you need for food prep. The washer and dryer are top tier and the sleeping accommodations super cozy. I highly recommend Prairie Perch if you find yourself in the Tuttle Creek, Manhattan, Flint Hills area! »

« We had a lovely stay at this property. The house was extremely clean, which made settling in feel effortless and comfortable. It's tucked away at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, which gave us a peaceful retreat--no traffic noise, just calm surroundings and a great sense of privacy. A couple of things to note: the water pressure in the master was quite low. Also if you're planning to cook, be aware that the kitchen is light on cookware, especially pans-so you might want to bring a few extras...
