'The room was very clean and the staff was helpful. The breakfast was good and a lot of variety. We didn't have time to use the pool or the workout room or the hot tub, if there was one. But they look clean as well. We would stay there again without a doubt. Love that it's no smoking no pets.'

'I recently stayed at Comfort Inn with my daughter and niece and overall had a positive experience, rating it a 4 out of 5. The highlight of our stay was definitely the breakfast—it was fresh, well-stocked, and had a good variety of options to start the day. 'We came to our room about 1:30am and there was no towels or wash cloths in room so that we can take a shower. My son went downstairs the next morning around 9 am and the lady said that they had no clean linens. How you didn’t have any the whole day before or the next morning. Did they check the rooms. So mad I had to go buy towels to wash'

'First and foremost, the staff were amazing, kind and truly helpful. The facility leaves a lot to be desired. The thermostat in our room never cooled below 73, even though it was set to 68. I tried to call the front desk and realized our phone did not work either. Tried ice makers on all floors and none of them worked. Breakfast was just ok…'

'Breakfast, and the staff in the breakfast area, were great. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful at check-in and every morning. The room was comfortable (the air conditioner was pretty loud when the compressor kicked in). The shower was great. The only problem was that housekeeping never came to clean or replenish the towels in the six days we stayed, even when we stopped by the front desk in the morning to inform them that we would be away for the day. 'Towels were dirty, the hotel smelled badly. It was the safest place I ever stayed in. Didn't feel safe, the side door were always kept open by guests too lazy to use their hotel keys, they would place sticks in doorway to keep the doors open. We couldn't get out if there fast enough.'
