'The swim up bar was nice and the bathroom was nice however our room was not as shown in the photos. The whole time we were there, there was no wifi. Location was great. Parking was annoying. There is limited onsite parking but they have extra parking about a block away.'

'The cottages are nice, bed a little uncomfortable. The door to the room is stuck had to force it open not sure how that got by management and cleaning people. Pool area is nice I would recommend staying there just needs a few adjustments.'

'No ocean view although the pictures show it has one. We were on the first floor that opened to the pool and restaurant. Every hotel I’ve been to let you check in early and use the pool, etc. This one does not. We didn’t get to go to the beach or pool.'

'Spent one night in wildwood hotel was close to everything. Various reastuarants close by and beach two blocks away.'

'I didn't make this reservation with expedia and still after reporting that to expedia they reached out to the property for refund and they confirmed expedia team that no one showed up and but wont issue the refund. Terriable'

'Room was clean… only complaint is they need to add more decor in walls or furnishings in room it echos horribly that even a whisper sounds loud.. can also hear all the music from outside tiki bar until it Closed(stayed in room 6003). Wasnt a problem for us though! Staff was friendly, close to boardwalk, parking is convenient!! Shower is short so a tall person would barely get wet. Would stay again!'

'Location is fantastic right on the beach and the pool is a decent size. However, any umbrellas or cabanas need to be reserved prior and are not included and there are not many. The room is spacious, however very dated old carpet, bad lighting and small showers and bathrooms.'

'Bed sheet could have fit the bed a lot better and the floors in the room could use a mopping but the staff was very nice and very helpful'

'Stayed here with my wife and five kids. The location was perfect, the room was super clean, and the staff were very friendly. Other than not realizing there was only one bathroom for the 7 of us (my fault, not the hotels), this place was perfect.'

'It’s an aging facility that is very well maintained. Everything was clean. We enjoyed the shuffle board. We had to google the rules. It’s a fun and simple game and I liked that they had it set up on the deck in the shade where we could enjoy being outside in the breeze but without being pummeled by the sun. Really appreciates the family vibe. We asked for no room service during our stay but I was grateful they left a bag of clean replacement towels outside our door.'

'I stayed one night during my first trip to Cape May, and I was happy with my stay at Icona. The room was very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, the bed was so comfy, and the location was great. I would stay there again.'

'Staff were very helpful and always cleaned the rooms. Rooms were big enough for 3 adults and also had free WiFi on the premises. This was also super close to the boardwalk and places to eat so we didn’t need to drive anywhere. Parking is assigned but parking is more for compact cars. We had a big SUV which made parking tight but the staff allowed us to double park. Overall will come back and stay here when I visit again.'
