'We stayed in one of the king bed rooms. The room was cute and clean. It smelled like ocean air which was refreshing! Staff was super nice. The bathroom was a tight squeeze, the shower door was right in front of the toilet. This was easy enough to navigate around. The blanket was sheet thin but they have additional blankets at request. 'Everything went pretty good except for both nights that we stayed here we were woken up 4 or 5 times between 1am and 4am because there were 30 kids hanging out on the patio all night. Mention it to the front desk they didn’t seem to care much about it. They use a flat sheet to cover the mattress and it was bear at the bottom end of it. The quilt on the bed was paper thin. The tub had hair in it.'

'The pool was not heated, it was freezing!! The hot tub was almost as cold. The weather was quite cold Memorial Day weekend. It would have been nice to warmed up in the advertised hot tub. Also, they advertise central a/c, which was true. However, they neglect to let you know that there is no heat available, at all!! So, we were chilly both inside our room and outside. Other than this, it is lovely. Had it been a hot weekend none of this would have mattered, except maybe for the hot tub.'

'We started with a super friendly and helpful check in with Karen. The property is impeccable. They have alot of staff on duty and they are super friendly, professional, helpful and kind. The rooms and property are clean, lots of attention to detail. The weather unfortunately was bad so we weren’t able to take advantage of the pool and the beach directly accross the street until our last day. I have a couple of complaints, but this will not affect us going back. The housekeeping staff was out...

'Our stay at ICONA Diamond Beach was above par. The resort amenities, room, cleanliness overall, and above board staff were all we could ask for. The restaurant menu, staff and food were very accommodating. We didn’t utilize the bar, but it appeared to be very well stocked. Fast wi-fi availability was a plus. We loved the view of the beach from our balcony. The resort was all it was advertised to be. We would highly recommend a stay here. '

'This wasn’t our first stay at Marquis de Lafayette and as usual, it didn’t disappoint. Clean, the stuff is super friendly and accommodating and the location is everything! We will be back!'

'Hotel is in a great location! Rooms are quite large and the little kitchens are nicely outfitted! Ours had a keurig coffee machine! Only complaint was the fire alarm going off, because some guest burnt something in their microwave. We were all forced to evacuate into cold and raining weather. We were traveling with 2 babies - not ideal to have to rush outside. And the woman behind the counter at the time was extremely disrepectful and nasty! The other desk staff were fine.'
