« First, let me tell you that you have to climb two very steep sets of stairs to even get to the unit. When we arrived the code we were given was incorrect and we couldn't get into the unit. Tried calling the number provided and no one ever answered. Thankfully they did call back, but it took a while. Once in the unit we found it was very dirty and did not feel safe because the code to get into our unit was the same as the one used to access the building as well, which made me feel anyone would be...

« We had a few issues one with the ice maker on the fridge which I fixed but the host was very helpful. Also with the TV which I couldn’t get to come on at first but I did get it on and working! In the mean time the host was helpful. Everything was nice, clean, and organized. I will stay here again and we really enjoyed the on site Kitties as we are kitty lovers. I would have taken them home but their ears where tipped so I knew they belonged to someone. I do wish they would keep them inside...
