'Very Nice hotel and for a good Price. '

'The rooms were clean and very comfortable. We stayed three nights, left for the weekend, and then stayed two more nights in a different (wheelchair access) room. The wheelchair rooms are HUGE! Breakfast was fine if not exciting, and the staff was absolutely wonderful and friendly. We felt well taken care of. As an added bonus, you get 10% off your meal at the Fishin' Pig next door where we ate most nights, and it was spectacular, too!'

'Only hotel that I saw in the area, but well worth the price! The owners keep everything shipshape! The pool looked so inviting but we didn’t swim. We walked a lot at historical sites and museums so we didn’t work out but they have a small one that looked very clean! Front desk people were super friendly and helpful… our room/bathroom was clean and bed very comfortable!'

'Verwacht niet te veel voor de prijs. Kamer was weliswaar schoon, maar toonde veel mankementen. Ontbijt is minimaal. Verwacht hier ook niet te veel van. '

'Room 101 beds were clunky, and noisy, making godawful sounds. Bathroom fan is going to burn up a bearing as it makes a horrible screeching noise. You have part of a coffee maker in there but no pot and no coffee. We learned from last time we stayed here to bring our own K cup maker.'

'Efficient check in/out, clean, quiet, value for money'

'The property is for sale. Expedia advertised the Lee room, where I stayed, as having a private bath. It was not private. It should not be mistaken for a B&B because it does not serve breakfast. There is a full kitchen if you bring your own food. The curtains in my room came off the rings when I pulled them closed. It's a little expensive for what you get, but if you're looking for the minimum in that area, I guess you could do worse.'

'This quaint studio was absolute perfection for our visit to Scottsville. Clean, the bed was very comfortable and the shower was very nice! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! '

'I paid in full and was ask to cancel my reservation two weeks before using the property because the property wasn’t ready. I booked 5 months before stay. It was my son’s college graduation so I couldn’t find anything else. He said he would make it work. At the minute I was able to find something else, plus he said there were rescue dogs on the property and I didn’t feel comfortable with the dogs. I cancelled and he said he would work it out to give me a refund. I ask for at least 1/2 back....
