When we finally was able to get out, my son went down to tell the staff and the lady was really rude and blamed it breaking down on us, saying we were pressing to many buttons which absolutely didn't happen. The lady was extremely rude to me and my children about the situation. Also the room smelt a little mildewy the ac stunk.'

'there was nobody in reception to check my 8 rooms in. we waited an hour to book the clarion inn across the street. after I did that, the gentleman walked in. good news, he refunded me and apologized. Dont book this hotel when you are a traveling tourist. it is a hotel for the homeless '

'The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The staff were amazingly helpful. We accidentally spilled a glass of milk. We immediately offered to clean and mop it up but they were right there and made it much less stressful than it could have been. The room was very clean and comfortable. All the information we needed was right at our fingertips. It's a hotel we will certainly stay at again and highly recommend.'

'Dirty hotel with hard beds and checkin through a video call that was long and tedious'

'The hotel has friendly staff and is situated in a beautiful location along the River Walk. Unfortunately, I am less satisfied with the customer service. Three days ago, I sent an email reporting that I had encountered bedbugs during my stay, combined with hives. I also attached photos to the message. However, I have not received any response to date.'

'This may sound weird but they had great wifi and my husband was able to hook up his xbox. After a long travel work week it was nice for him to be able to set up his console and shut his brain off. The other hotel we stayed at did not have the option so this was a surprise. Clean rooms, friendly staff, great amenities close by and nice and quiet even though there were a lot of guests. And I really appreciated their activity board that let us know places to go and things to do in the area. All...

'Geweldig verblijf. Mooie ruime kamer, goede bedden en een heerlijke inloop douche met de keuze uit een gewone douche of een regendouche. Leuk zwembad met hele goede ligbedden. Prima ontbijt met versgemaakte ei-producten. Zeker een aanrader. S'avonds nog effe fijn in de Spa geweest met een heerlijke hottub. Receptie was ook zéér vriendelijk en behulpzaam. '
