Kies je hotel in Bell County

'The room was clean and the staff was excellent. I had dinner and it was pretty good. Was expecting more of a Southern flare. I didn't have breakfast. Room doors need some attention and paint. Balcony was fine. Would suggest a microwave would be nice. Overall had a great stay and would go back in the future. Scenery was beautiful.'

'Room is very clean and staff is very friendly. Plenty of parking.'

'Room was great. Fairly quiet area. Nice walk to Ike's.'

'Kind staffs, very good condition of room.'

'The room smelled horrible - so bad that the odor woke me up several times. There was no ice machine and the pool was closed. The only light switches for the entire room were between the beds. So, no switch by the entry door. That's dangerous.'

'It was clean and the shower was hot. The bed was comfortable. There weren't conveniently placed electrical outlets, and no USB chargers. For the same amount of money, you can have nicer accommodations elsewhere. '

'Property was very, very comfortable, clean and convenient. Well equipped. Extremely comfortable beds. We all slept like babies. Pretty yard and surrounding area. Highly recommend.'

'We stayed for the 95th Mountain Laurel Festival and LOVED the location, access to all festival activities, and how easy it was to communicate with the renter. We hope to make this a tradition and will stay here again!'

'This house was conveniently located. Upstairs bedroom was hot but everything else was nice.'

'The good:- we were able to gather a large family together in one place for a memorial service.- There was plenty of parking. The Bad: -The host was hard to reach and slow to respond- There was a lack of linens, ie there were not the same number of towels and wash cloths as there were allowed occupants in the rooms- They were apparently overbooked as there were at least 3 other parties that came into the space we thought we had completely rented for our stay.- The showers should have handheld...

'OMG.. what a perfect little spot .. we were overjoyed with the whole house .. just the most perfect place .. hoping I will be able to stay again when I return home .. extremely family -friendly.. definitely a 10/10'

'I did not stay at this property due to a double booking. I stayed at a nearby house that needs to be cleaned better, specially the floors, a shower curtain needs to be added to the beautiful update in bathroom, some plates woukd be nice. House rules and check in, check out procedures, places to visit and eat nearby would have been helpful to have posted at the house. Overall was a decent place to stay, quiet neighborhood. I would at least consider staying again.'

'Location is convenient to shops and Cumberland Gap Park. The owner was quick to remedy a problem with the air conditioner. The house does have the amount of beds to sleep the listed amount of guests. The place would benefit from having enough bath towels for the number of guests it can accommodate. I took my own towels after reviewing a previous post. Extra toilet paper and plenty of hand soap in bathrooms would be nice as well. The other recommendation would be more chairs to eat at a table...

'The house was clean (spotless) and everything was as advertised and welcoming. The 3-bedroom was plenty for my family and the beds were comfortable. John was easy to communicate with as well. We just stayed the night this time but if needed we'll definitely consider renting from him again.'

'Kool place, History of the property real unique. Clean and Quiet. outdoor patio is covered and very comfortable as well. Loved it. one suggestion. add a circle drive out front?'

'Lots of room. Clean. Good host.'

'Well cared for property with nice upgrades! Perfect for our stay, everything we needed, and accommodating. '
