'Everything was great besides are washer was broken. We packed lightly with the knowledge and washer and dryer was an included amenity. When we reported it, they said they would send maintenance up to look at it. I then received and email, it would be Monday when they could get a technician there, which was after our check out. That was my biggest issue. They were kind when I reported then will not respond to follow-emails. The resort as a whole is nice but was disappointed that they didn’t care...

'We couldn’t have asked for a better room. It was family comfortable and perfectly located so that we could still watch all the children, nieces, nephews and little ones in pool when we were a bit tired from the sun. '

'This is our 3rd year in this condo. Literally the cleanest and most beautiful views of PCB. Communication with Marshall is great and we have never run into any issues. Already looking forward to next year! If you want a very clean and quite condo, along with stunning views, then this is the condo for you! Family friendly too! '
