'Pet friendly, budget price'

'Our stay at the Shamrock Hotel Balranald was poorly managed and unnecessarily stressful. On arrival, we were told only one booking existed despite having two confirmed through Expedia. Even after showing proof, staff insisted we were wrong. It took ~20 minutes and Expedia intervention to resolve, with no apology. 'Staff excellent. Room clean and tidy. Crisp white sheets and good towels. Microwave, cutlery, tea coffee etc all supplied.'

'House is amazing. Pool room, cinema, 5 huge bedrooms, three bathrooms and an unreal outside area. There were a few issues with no lights in the bathrooms, kitchen and toilets, no fans were working in the toilets either? They are working on this with their electrician.'
