'The front desk girl was new and very friendly. I was very impressed by the woman (manager or owner) that came to assist her in helping me with the reservation. She was very professional, and I could tell that she really cared about the new employee and her training process. I'm an employer myself and was grateful for how courteous everyone was and how the employees are treated. Overall good experience-- last minute bargain for a work trip with a cozy and clean room. '
