'Great spot to gamble and enjoy the river view. I was here about 5 years ago and the rooms have taken a little bit of a hit since then, but I still had a good experience overall. Cleanliness is high priority for me and although everything was clean (surface wise), I felt my room could benefit from a deep clean.'

'I stayed in a $300 suite and the room was extremely outdated. Our bathtub had rust in, that was through the porcelain, and the carpet in the room was not stretched right and had runs in multiple places. There was not a blanket in the room anywhere for the pull out couch bed and one of the couch cushion covers was in terrible shape. We will not stay here again. '

'The staff was very attentive to all our needs. Sometimes hotels dont know if there is an issue if a guest does not report it and then an unfair review is given. We had an issue in the room with the ac unit and they fixed it immediately (it was a matter of replacing the batteries in the thermostat), and a door issue- These things happen! The hotel was clean and the room was spacious and comfortable-we had a king size; breakfast was good and the oatmeal toppings bar was a great touch. There...

'I can only say, when I walked into the room I felt like I walked into a retreat spa getaway. Staff at Front desk was kind even though I was a late arrival. Parking was well lit and easy access.'

'The hallways had a very strong chemical/deodorizing smell which was very unpleasant. Check out was at 11 and we left in the morning to run and errand and then came back around 10:30 to get our multiple leftover containers from our room fridge that we left on purpose to stay cold. When we returned to the room, housekeeping had already gone into the room and started cleaning and threw away our food. When I approached the front desk, I verified that it was not yet checkout time yet and explained...

'Checking in was smooth. The young man that was there made us feel welcomed. Our room was spacious and clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good. This place does have a CARPORT, it's limited to few vehicles. Easy access to highway and restaurants. '

'Room was surprisingly clean even though outside of the room the rest of the hotel had a strange oder. The elevators didn't work. Had to tote luggage to the 3rd floor. the door key didn't work. Had to be moved to a different room.'
