'Room was very clean aswell as the whole property the only issue I had was when I checked in they didn't give me a total or tell me how much the resort fee and or the hotel deposit was they just ran my card and didn't say anything also being a casino hotel I figure the pool with swim up bar would have been open later then 10pm on a Saturday night but other then that it was a great hotel and will stay again'

What we received, after a 25 minute wait, was two, 12-oz cups of coffee and one 8-oz cup of half-and-half. The second morning, I ordered another 'pot' of coffee with two full breakfasts. 'They were doing construction and remodeling so there was construction mess. The picture in our booking was a remodeled room and the room the put us in was old and not the new remodeled room. It did not get cool enough in the room in July. Bed was comfortable though!'

'I really love the location of the property in proximity to shopping and walking distance to restaurants . I wish there was more consistency regarding the Starbucks in the hotel, meaning I ordered the same drink all three days I stayed and each person made it differently. My room was EXTREMELY COLD. The temperature gauge is locked and I couldn’t adjust it. I had to sleep in my sweats every night. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The trim was great, bed was comfortable.'

'Room was clean, no linens for the rollaway bed were provided. We went to the lobby to ask for it, staff seemed a little bothered but did go to 2nd level to get it. We followed him so he could hand it to us. While waiting for our food delivery at the lobby, a person staying was asking for linens as well for the rollaway bed and also a homeless person walked in got coffee from the lobby, dropped lids on the floor and walked out with a cup of coffee.
