'Shower dripped entire time, toilet ran entire time, breakfast was cleaned up before time stated and drinks were out of order, lamp shade was torn, no extra blankets, room was 81 degrees on thermostat when checked in, stains on carpets, towel on floor infront of icemachine'

'There was a crackhead in the lobby, the place smelled like mildew, and the bathroom hadn’t been properly cleaned before we arrived (there was someone else’s hair all over the shower and sink) - luckily the beds were clean and comfortable.'

'Property under renovation, but clean. Appreciated the seating areas. Pool was closed. No daylight/windows to the outside for any of the rooms resulting in dark rooms. Would have liked hot water for tea there were only complementary coffee machines. Otherwise stay was ok for the price. Will only return when the is renovation completed as the property really needs the update.'

'When my family and I arrived, the service was horrible. Our bathroom was dirty with old, used washcloths hanging from the shower. We couldn't change our room due to the rooms being full. When we asked for house keeping to remove the dirty clothes and clean bathroom we was told no one was available.'

'The rooms were clean. The staff consisted of the woman who was leaving and told us our keys were in the lockbox. Which was the last time I saw anyone in our 3 night stay. We asked about the bar and she said it's been closed for a few years. No restaurant either. Positive was our group of 6 had the place to ourselves. So if you need extra towels, you may want to bring your own. Positive side was it was quiet.'
