'We stayed at the Misty Mountain Lodge over Nov 1-2 weekend for a wedding in Gettysburg. All of the positive comments you read for the property are speaking the truth. There were a number of little add ons that showed attention to detail for guest comfort. Three different kinds of coffee pots A Keurig,an espresso maker, and a drip coffee pot. 'This house, location, and hostess were amazing for our trip in for a family wedding. We had a stocked house of entertainment options, comfortable beds, and plenty of overnight essentials. The keyless entry was nice, as well as the stocked kitchen and porch with rocking chairs. Highly recommend. '

'Tara and Justin are attentive and quick to respond with any questions. The house is very clean as I am very OCD about cleanliness. I would recommend this secluded place for couples or families alike. The only major problem we had was that we weren’t able to take advantage of the fun game room or the hot tub as we’re weren’t there long enough! Thank you for a nice place to stay while visiting the area. '

'We loved our stay! The building has the perfect 1800s charm with lots of authentic character. Great location—easy drive to and from Gettysburg with plenty to do nearby. The space was clean and comfortable. Note there are stairs, but they add to the historic feel. The host provided thoughtful touches like sound machines, a well-stocked kitchen, a pool table for entertainment, and ample towels and washcloths. Perfect getaway spot for my spouse and me!'
