« Perfect bedroom but coffeecorner was in the hallway, no reception. Bed was perfect, clean room perfect bathroom. But we paid almost 300 euro’s for 1 night, and that is a little bit too much. »

« Extremly bad Fake info on the website »

« Nice rooms and everything went fine. Very clean and comfortable. Easy access via phone app. We booked via the website, which was confusing in communication. A second part of the payment should have been made before arrival, but the only information about that reached us just on the check-in time itself. »

« Communication was extremely poor. It took two phone calls (with very friendly staff) and two WhatsApp reminders before we finally received 13 (!) emails. Only one of them contained the correct payment link. The whole process felt rather surreal. Check-in was available from 16:00. We arrived at 16:50, only to find our room was still being cleaned. The gentleman seemed annoyed that we were "already" there, and we couldn't get into the room until 17:10. After a day out with two kids, it wasn't the...

« We loved this room and its location was perfect for your plans. The room was incredibly comfortable and truly appreciated. »

« An absolutely beautiful apartment, very well furnished and appointed. It's about 10 - 15 mins walk from the town centre, railway station and beaches. It was a lovely place to stay. We visited Amsterdam, Leiden and Haarlem, great days out but very happy to come home to Zandvoort an See »
