« What an amazing cottage with mountain views. We had the whole house to ourselves and found the kitchen well equipped. Jim, our house was friendly and gave us some ideas for places to visit. Would absolutely recommend this place. It was a gem »

« Beautiful apartment with everything you could need for a short break, we wish we could have stayed much longer! It was spotlessly clean, cosy and loved the mountain and river view from the balcony. Location was excellent with short walk to cafes, supermarket, shops and centre of Golden. Would highly recommend staying here over any hotel in Golden area. »

« It was really well maintained property with everything that you need. They do provide ear plugs due to being near train tracks but we didn't need to use it for our stay. Will visit again!! »

« The condo is nice, exactly like the pictures in the listing. We had 2 issues during our very short stay: 1. The town lost power for almost 36 hours, so we were without any electricity. The building did not have any emergency lighting in the corridors neither was any emergency lights available within the condo. There was no fire escape or exit out of the condo except navigating the pitch dark hallways. We felt extremely unsafe. 2. The sheets on one of the beds smelled of vomit. We called the VRBO...

« Great place to stay in golden! »

« Cleaning and availability for the things needed for the stay. It was very well maintained and comfortable »

« Perfect »

« Convenient location with covered parking. Roomy, clean apartment with all the essentials. Great coffee shop, brewery and restaurant nearby. Close to town centre and river walk. Flawless check-in with great communication from host. »

« Very Disappointing Stay Unfortunately, this condo was a major disappointment. We booked partly because previous guests described the beds as very comfortable. Instead, the mattresses were old, saggy, springy, and creaky, causing back discomfort and poor sleep. The pull-out sofa was more comfortable. Six people stayed in the unit above us, and poor sound insulation made their footsteps, movement, and chair-dragging clearly audible. The constant noise compounded the problem of the...

« Clean property. Everything we needed was provided and in good working order »

« Perfect place when finding a place to relax and be at peace- close to nature and the house itself speaks of nature❤️ a good place to recharged and hide from all the chaos of the city😊 »

« My family had an excellent experience. We did get lost coming in, as google kept translating the address as in golden BC not Nicholson. We contacted the host and she got us to her where she personally drove up and let us follow her. The customer service was so amazing. The main sleep area had the most comfortable bed, pillows and blanket ever! The bathroom was beautiful, the windows all the way around provide a beautiful visual and the hot tub was very nice. We had a great experience. »

« Great overall experience. Very clean, extremely responsive, and great stay »
