« When I arrived at the residence, it was incomplete and utter disarray. There was a mountain of laundry on the bed, all dirty, a load of towels that have been washed, but not dried so they were moldy in the washer, empty roll of toilet paper on the roll, same with paper towels. It was a mess. It was quite evident that someone had started cleaning the home but failed to complete it. I contacted the hosts, but by the time they finally responded to me I had already put my stuff in the refrigerator...
