'Great hotel, very clean, spacious rooms and good restaurant.'

'Schoonmaak slecht.

'Quite a unique hotel. Layout was different and somewhat difficult with the garden view room which was more a mini apartment. The bedroom was upstairs & toilet downstairs but no basin in the toilet so must go back upstairs to shower room to wash hands. Little quirky place in a great location not too far from a parking lot for your car. Staff were helpful and they have a lovely garden & restaurant & bar on site.'

'Geen parkeerplaats bij hotel! Dus SLECHT! Afrader!

'I have stayed in many high end hotels throughout the world and I have to say that this experience was superb from start to finish. Staff could not have been more professional and helpful. The room was superb and the setting was also great. All rooms are individually designed and the building dates back to the 15th century, so is characterful in many regards. If you're in Chambéry and you want a really good place to stay, I would strongly recommend this hotel.'

'Good price/quality hotel, very close to train station. Not the most modern room, but a ventilator helped to overcome a hot night. The breakfast was correct. '

'Bad experience. The full amount for the room and breakfast was paid in advance. They blocked on my card, saying it would be released within 24 hours after check-out, but this has not happened. The money was blocked for a week Moreover, the receptionist wrote down all my debit card details when I gave her the card to pay the city tax, before I realized they already had a payment system linked to the booking. So now they had blocked money on one card and all the details of another card, including...

'Reception staff ask for deposit 400€ and promises send straight back when we move out. But when i give back keys, guy who check challet say all is good and clean, nothing to broken etc. He say - reception madam today are off but i see you paid deposit and all papers are there. Tommorow she come to work, and see papers, and send back your deposit.
