'Mooie kamer, maar mag ook wel voor deze prijs. Jammer dat zwembad, spa en bar gelijktijdig worden gerenoveerd. Dat zijn toch wel de extraatjes wanneer je de keuze maakt voor een hotel als dit. Vernam het pas bij aankomst.'

However inside hotel is noisy and outside the hotel needs some maintenance. The part of the building with Restaurant and liquid Store looks Expired. '

'Het ontbijtbuffet was het slechtste buffet die we ooit hadden. Mijn vrouw werd in de late namiddag weg gestuurd vanuit Vista 18, omdat er zogezegd te weinig bediening was terwijl er bijna geen volk aanwezig was... onbegrijpelijk.'

'We had a lovely two day stay in Victoria, Canada. The hotel was nice a centrally located. we could walk to many of the places in the city easily. A small thing about our stay. we were not aware until we checked into our room that a huge construction job was happening right next door. They began work at 7:00am. It would have been nice to have a heads up about this. Other than that we enjoyed the hotel, our room, and the staff was very helpful when needed. Thank you!'

'One of the best hotels i stayed in in a long time. Besides the luxereous appearance it is the small things that makenthe difference, multiple cleaning per day, good bed, great shower, best soaps, coffee, thea, everything is spot on and you actually get service as expected.'

'Loopafstand van downtown. Kamer prima,fijne bedden en zeer schoon. Personeel receptie vriendelijk. Personeel restaurant onprettige benadering,tafel in achteraf hoekje naast bar is niet echt sfeervol tafelen met alle werkgeluiden om je heen.'

'een luxe lokatie met een hoge prijs. heeft geen horeca dus je moet de stad in voor eten. Alles is wel op loopafstand en het hotel bevindt zich in de betere wijk van victoria. Leuk voor kinderen ivm zwembad en dakterras. suites zijn ruim en goed ingericht.'

'Staff checked us in the room already occupied with someone else, and they changed us into another room but second room had terrible smell. Then the third room seemed okay but at 6am we could hear phone alarm and I even thought that was coming from our main room and one of us left the phone in the main room with alarms on. Apparently, that was coming from the other side of the wall which is next room. Super thin walls!!! Overall, i wouldn‘t recommend this hotel even if u‘re on a budget!'
