'I was disappointed when we checked in we called after arriving at 11:00 am and enquired about an early check in we were told they will try but pls check back later. We arrived at the hotel for check in shortly after 3 pm they said the room isn’t ready and they took our cell number and said they will let us know when it’s ready. 'Nette accommodatie. We waren erg vroeg bij hotel (10:30) en konden pre-inchecken. We zouden via sms geinformeerd worden wanneer kamer klaar was. In ieder geval konden we de auto direct parkeren en omdat het Canada dag was meteen naar het naast gelegen festival terrein. Rond 12.00 was onze kamer al beschikbaar.'

'Staff is very friendly and helpful, nice shopping center nearby and connecting by bus to Downtown is great. Room is small but clean and kitchenette is nice. However inside hotel is noisy and outside the hotel needs some maintenance. The part of the building with Restaurant and liquid Store looks Expired. '
