'Nette accommodatie. We waren erg vroeg bij hotel (10:30) en konden pre-inchecken. We zouden via sms geinformeerd worden wanneer kamer klaar was. In ieder geval konden we de auto direct parkeren en omdat het Canada dag was meteen naar het naast gelegen festival terrein. Rond 12.00 was onze kamer al beschikbaar.'

'Het ontbijtbuffet was het slechtste buffet die we ooit hadden. Mijn vrouw werd in de late namiddag weg gestuurd vanuit Vista 18, omdat er zogezegd te weinig bediening was terwijl er bijna geen volk aanwezig was... onbegrijpelijk.'

'Staff is very friendly and helpful, nice shopping center nearby and connecting by bus to Downtown is great. Room is small but clean and kitchenette is nice. However inside hotel is noisy and outside the hotel needs some maintenance. The part of the building with Restaurant and liquid Store looks Expired. '

'Room was well appointed not small . Plenty of room. Two very comfortable chairs and table by the window to enjoy the wonderful view of the inner harbour, parliament buildings, empress hotel. At night it was magical. Walkway along the harbour goes for miles.'

'Zeer vriendelijke en behulpzame bediening. Zeer attent. Ruime kamer. Alles werkt perfect. Goed ontbijt en de hele dag gratis heerlijke koffie.'

'Goed hotel! Beetje duur maar mooie ligging en prettig personeel. Parkeren op eigen parkeerplaats van hotel. We kwamen vroeger, kamer was al klaar en ontvingen de sleutel.'

'This is our go to hotel for our frequent trips to Victoria for theatre and concerts at the Royal Theatre. The location is perfectly situated for walking in either direction, so the harbour, dining and the theatre are all easily accessible. The property itself is in fantastic condition, the rooms and other facilities are very well maintained. The staff are without exception warm and welcoming and every request we have made was delivered with the highest level of courtesy. Wonderful hotel!'

'Nice size suite with kitchen and great decor. Good bed and big bathroom. We had a balcony overlooking the bay/harbour which was very nice. Underground parking is very convenient. Quiet neighbourhood but very central location'

'This is an older property that has clearly had some recent renovations. The bathrooms were a standout — clean, bright, and updated. Check-in and check-out were both quick and hassle-free, which I really appreciated. The location is very convenient, especially with the #70 bus stopping right outside.
