'Overall a nice hotel located on a nice not too busy part of Jaco. Rooms are ok and the food offered in the all-inclusive restaurant was satisfactory.'

'Me senti como en un vuelo de avianca...que segun yo pague primera clase y me dieron clase de turista...ni siquiera las 24 hrs....porque si ud quiere entrar a la habitacion tiene que esperar hasta las 4 pm, pero puede pagar mas para que le den la habitacion antes...y luego hacer check out a las 12 medio dia...donde desde las 10 am le estan diciendo vayase....que esperiencia tan fea..'

'The room and property are clean and so well kept! Loved the pool and cabanas, a small oasis! The breakfast was perfect! Jose and Rachel at the front desk, as well as the servers and kitchen staff were all great! We’ll definitely visit in the future! Pura vida!'

'Ideal location to stay with family or friends, close to two beaches, three pools and other services such as restaurants and butterfly garden. Property needs maintainance at some parts. Road to the resort is full of holes and needs to be repaired. Reception staff at check in was not friendly, on the other hand others were. A bit more interest in the guests would lead in to more returning guests.'

'The hotel and staff were good, a little surprised there was no TV. Room was minimal, not large but large enough for 1 person. Looks to have a nice surfing school on site. Bar was very nice and it is located on the nicer part of the Beach'

'Beautiful location, with beautiful swimmingpool with view over the Ocean, Ara's and whales. Friendly employees (95%), but for a 5star expected I more... For my Birthday I got a special dessert. Massage was nice with the sounds of the Ara's and ocean at the background. Spacy room and good beds. At sealevel an extra place to stay. I can recommend this hotel!'

'Es un buen lugar, pero dicen tener club de playa y no lo tienen y tampoco lo resuelven. Y las habitaciones huelen a demasiada humedad porque no tienen ventilación por ningún lugar mas que con la puerta abierta. Cuando te bañas el agua corre por la habitación porque hay un error de nivelación en la construcción.'
