'This is a very strange property. There are a lot of hotels, private condominiums sharing the same facilities but having separate gated access. The common grounds, however, aren’t being looked after so well. The Selvamar section we stayed in was okay, but a bit tired now. Room was much smaller than anywhere else we stayed in Costa Rica, but it was comfortable. Breakfast was decent, but the restaurant by the main pool where we had a dinner wasn’t the best and not worth the money they charge. Two...

'Check-in it’s way too late, and check-out way too early how can a check-in at 4pm and a check-out at 10am be normal or even welcoming to guests? They crossed the line with those times, it didn’t make me feel welcome or respected and as if my money isn’t worth it, feels like they want you there the least amount of time possible. A positive thing about the club it’s the cleaning service, I was there for 2 nights only and the day after my check-in they cleaned the room and got us new clean towels,...

'My kid, wife and I are very happy with our stay, beat our expectation. The hotel is surrounded by tropical forest, like a beautiful botanic garden, quite and safe. 'El parqueo estaba cerca, la habitación si estaba bien limpiapero olía un poco a humedad lo que si estaba sucio era la piscina, no la pudimos utilizar porque tenia como una capa de grasa me imagino de los bloqueadores de sol de todas las personas que estaban ahípero si deberían limpiarla todos los días o utilizar algún producto paraque eso no pase porque se ve desagradable.
