'First of all - do NOT pay in advance on Hotels.com as the owner won't accept this and will claim that he never gets money from Hotels.com. I was too tired to argue, so I paid again at hotel (though I shoved him my e-mail confirmation that all was paid for). When I then was charged from both hotel and Hotels.com I had to contact Hotels.com to get my part refunded - no assistance or action from owner's side. 'Nice studio. The doorman/guard Domingo was the best part of this stay. He’s kindness and willingness to help and explain various processes was just incredible. The parking garage it’s a unique and a futuristic add-on tow your experience. Was never able to access the pool. So could not rate it. '
