« I stayed at this property with my children. We chose this place due to the proximity to the airport. We had a wonderful restful stay. The property is in a gated community. The neighborhood is very clean, quiet, safe and family friendly. There was private parking and street parking. Owners gave us a warm welcome and made sure we had everything we needed. Rassurant d’avoir une personne fiable pour venir nous chercher à l’aéroport. « Yep, great place if you spend little time at your hotel, like conference or whatnot. The staff is super helpful and generous, always trying to help out. A little noisy, but disappears into the general buzz of San Jose after a while. Absolutely recommended! »

« Be sure to read this review! I went ahead and gave it five stars to hopefully balance out the poor reviews it had already received. This property was absolutely fantastic! The room was plenty big enough and had a full kitchen and refrigerator. The only two things that I can say is you need to look for the property as condominio Urban flats. « Deux expériences dans l'hôtel. Première sans soucis. Au deuxième, l'hébergement réservé sur Expedia ne correspondait pas à celui qui nous a ete donné (un lit au lieux de deux). L'hôte n'a rien voulu entendre... Dommage car les hébergements étaient bien sinon. »
