'A great place to stay for a solo traveler. Glenn communicates very well prior to your arrival. It was easy to “check in” once you get to the residence. The place itself is fantastic. The bed is comfortable, the air conditioning is perfect, the tv has Netflix, the place has a convenience store and dining options within the gated area so you’ll feel pretty safe. 'Room was clean as well as the entire hotel as well as the pool. Had a broken shower head from the previous tenant but contacted the owner and they showed up within minutes and fixed it on the spot. Would visit again. '

'An apartment. Very good way to try the units if you're looking to buy one in the area. Great area with everything i needed nearby. A grocer shop, a laundry shop and a few restaurant (maybe the pools too). Took this one because it was close to mall of asia and the airport. The check in was a bit of a challenge though. 'Property manager Maryann and owner Clarissa were very responsive to any questions as solutions during my stay! Also very reasonably priced and centrally located on Newport Blvd, in Pasay within walking distance of awesome restaurants and shoppjng malls! Highly recommend!'

'Kitchen not working we told them but they didn't do anything about it. Tv says Netflix but nothing working. Toilet seat is loose. Wifi worked good after i reset the modem. Bed is good and there is not a lot of noise even though it's close to the airport.'
