'My first Vrbo experience. I had not heard from the host since booking and it was the day of check in. I was ok with that as my plans were in flux. Around 2pm the day of check in, I messaged the host saying that I may cancel as I had not heard from them, and my evening plans may be canceled, allowing me to return home. 'Property was great, in a nice location to fit my f450 and gooseneck trailer. Inside was still decorated for Christmas which was nice. The stream in the backyard with fire pit made for a relaxing evening. Host was awesome. Will definitely be back'

'Great place to stay in Welch. Everything was as described in description. Clean and check in was easy. Trailer parking is limited for longer trailers but fine for my 12 foot. Yes the train is loud but gives the place some built in entertainment.'
