'Fabulous cottage in a very convenient and safe location. Our host was very helpful and kind by getting in touch ahead of our stay to let us know about roadworks and other helpful information. The cottage had everything we needed and more. Beautifully decorated, super comfy bed, lovely kitchen and dining area and a huge bathroom. We loved it and would love to return one day.'

'En fantastisk jätte stor fransk inspirerad lägenhet mitt i Franschhoek centrum. Jättefint utrostad. Poolen är ganska liten och kolla med hotellet i förhand och gör avtal med hänsyn till avhämtningen av nyckel etc.'

'Erg leuk verblijf. Zeer aardige en gastvrije gastvrouw (Lynn) en gastheer (Mick). Heel gunstig gelegen op loopafstand van restaurants, winkels, galleries van Franschhoek. Zeer rustig, eigen afgesloten parkeerterrein. Twee ingangen: één aan de Wilhelminastraat en één aan de voorkant, recht tegenover het Hugenotenmonument. Elke dag veel verse spullen in de koelkast (o.a. brood en kaas voor ontbijt), gratis Nespresso, gratis wifi. Mooi zwembad.'

'The facilities at this property were very minimal for what is offered as a furnished holiday let. A salt and pepper set would have been nice. We had flat 2 which is not air conditioned but an air-conditioning unit outside our suite was noisy and disturbing.'

'We stayed at SandMartins from the 26th December 2024 to 4 January 2025. The first impressions of this immaculate property and estate is just wonderful and sets the atmosphere for a wonderful vacation. Very spacious, sunny and fully equipped. The entertainment and pool areas are the delight of the stay and make for wonderful sundowners. Best wishes to Sandie and Martin who are fabulous hosts and very responsive. See you soon again! '

'We really enjoyed our stay. Especially our Toy Poodle and Yorkie. They could roam around freely, because the premises is safe and dog-proof. We enjoyed the goodies supplied and the owners are very friendly. The cottage is nice and big and we especially enjoyed the Netflix. Only negatives, here and there things that were not completely clean, like drawers and over gloves, etc but nothing that a thorough clean can't fix. Overall the place was clean enough. We will definitely go again.'

"Kamer was ruim schoon en opgeruimd. Keuken is prima met alles wat je nodig hebt indien je wil koken. Badkamer is lekker groot met WC en wasbak. De eetstoelen waren wat minder omdat het moderne stoelen zijn met een open zitvlak en rugleuning. Indien je Tv wil kijken de zenders werken heel slecht. Bij het bed boven mis je wel twee bedlampjes. Voor alleen slapen is het zeker een aanrader. "
