'Friendly staff. Close to tube station (stonebridge). Easy to reach on Bakerloo line. Walking distance to OVO if you dont want to get back on tube. Food delivery available. Really nice, clean, room but not much in the way of crockery/cuttley. No glasses etc., but cafe downstairs were helpful and happy to provide. Towels and bedding clean and fresh. Nice communal area with pool table and TVs. Didnt use gym but looked nice. Enjoyed the stay.'

'Appartement (2 slaapkamers, woonkamer en keuken) was uitstekend verzorgd; netjes en schoon. Van alle benodigde zaken voorzien - beddengoed en handdoeken, een wasmachine en afwasmachine in het appartement. Gelegen in een prima buurt, op 10 minuten lopen van metrostation Hammersmith, op 10 minuten lopen van een grote supermarkt en op 15-20 minuten lopen van een heel groot winkelcentrum. Ons verblijf was 8 dagen en we hebben ons prima vermaakt. Zeker aan te raden voor gezinnen! '

'Fantastische ervaring'

'We booked two apartments for a family stay as we were attending the Hampton Court Palace Festival. The location was great (two mile walk or quick Uber ride) for the festival. The apartments were clean and we managed to get parking in the apartment car park. If we hadn't got free parking there was a public car park right opposite with loads of spaces so parking not an issue. Check in as at the Crown Plaza hotel just down the road so you need to factor that in to your plans but it wasn't a huge...

'Op wandelafstand van station Brentford, ruime kamer, goede bedden. Enkel ontbijt mag uitgebreider.'

'Het verblijf was simpel, een beetje gedateerd. Ik vond het wel duur voor dit appartement. Alles schoon. De ligging was prima, vlakbij metrostation. Het was oke voor een korte trip naar Londen.'

'The property was worn, but the sheets and bathroom and room itself was very clean. The ability to use a kitchenette was great! Close to the underground and shopping.'

'There's no one at the spot; you have to reply on the telephone number they provided. The whole house had a heating system set at an inconveniently low temperature and one cannot put to it higher value. Myself and later another tenant had to wait one hour each over the phone right at the doorstep in order to make calls and get the drop box room key as well as the main door electronic lock fixed. '

'Heerlijk schoon appartement in een gezellige/hippe buurt, niet al te ver van het centrum. Het appartement was van alle gemakken voorzien. Inchecken gebeurde zonder receptie, was eigenlijk wel fijn! Enige nadeel was zeer vroege uitchecken, namelijk 10u al.. Desalniettemin; Topverblijf.'

'Excellent value for money only 10mins drive from legoland which is why we stayed. Local amenities super close by and free parking! Makes it better value than a “main brand” hotel stay. Would definitely use again. '

'Place was clean. Close to transportation and shopping. Dishwasher failed after first week and not repaired by the end of the fourth week. Upstairs was loud with loud cracking floors.'
