'Super option if visiting relatives living in Greenford Quays. Also great for getting into central London in 30 mins via the underground which is 10 mins walk away. It is “just” a Greenford Quay apartment, but they are all lovely and modern. All the essentials are provided: cutlery, dishes, toiletries, towels and bed linen. Would stay again. '

'Firstly this is anything but a hotel. The property was not as described. No stove, nor oven. Heating seemed a luxury option. It spent more time not working, and on the last day waited 12 hours for it to be turned back on. Owner obviously knew what the issue was! Expedia did nothing to assist in resolving the matter. '
