'Our room was HUGE and came with a kitchen (including a fridge and microwave) which was a wonderful surprise! It also had a great view. The only problem was, it was cold in the room with no way to adjust the temperature. We called the front desk for help and they weren't able to adjust it either, so they were kind enough to bring a large space heater. It was a good solution till we moved the space heater from the living room to the bedroom, which caused the power to shut down for the whole room....

'The hospitality is excellent. The staff are polite and cooperative and make you feel at home. The food was delicious. Infact every item we ordered was very tasty. Hats off to the chef. Well managed and clean property. The GM of the resort has a wonderful personality as well as kind helpful too. Will definitely visit again and recommend this place to others. We actually came here because some of our friends suggested this hotel. '
