'Zeer welkom gevoel, vriendelijke ontvangst in grote heldere en schone lobby. Nette kamer met goed bed. Zwembad bij hotel was leuk, ligt alleen in de schaduw maar met de warmte van Batam is dat niet heel naar. Eten en drinken bij ontbijt was niet aan ons besteed, veel lokaal eten en het andere was smaakloos.'

'This was my first time staying at this property and I must say that it deserves the word 'Grand'!! All the hotel staff were really professional, friendly and always smiling with full of energy all the time. I did face some challenges in communicating with some staff members due to language barrier as I noticed that only the front desk staff was good in English.... But this didn't cause me any issues since I used Google translator. Even though some were not able to understand English, but still...

'Nice hotel with very well appointed rooms, however, my room overlooked the main road and there was constant traffic noise day and night. I kept checking the windows we’re not open. '
