The front desk staff could be more friendly and welcoming rather than appearing stoic. They are the guests' first impression of the service when registering. '

'Karen and Andre were excellent hosts and genuinely nice and welcoming. We stayed in the annex, and the room was a good size and offered the comforts of home. It was nice watching the sunset from the patio. Great location for exploring other parts of the island. Enjoyed our stay.'

'Let us be clear on what this place is. This residence is a series of rooms which are the extensions to someone's house. The accommodations are simple in that you have bedroom, bathroom, tv, internet and maybe a kitchen. If you are ok with this setup, then this is a fantastic place to stay.
