'Let op als je met kinderen reist. We zijn een gezin met 2 kinderen. We hadden de triple room geboekt en in de voorwaarden stond dat er dan nog 1 bed bijgezet kon worden. Eerst wilden ze ons in een kamer zetten waar een steiger voor de gevel stond. DIt hebben we niet geaccepteerd. Toen kregen we een andere kamer maar bij aankomst in die kamer bleek pas dat een extra bed er niet bij kan. De triple room is alleen voor 3 personen en er kan geen bed bij. 'Annoncé comme un 4 étoiles, je dirai que c’est plutôt un 2 étoiles. Niveau propreté ça laisse au désirer : nous avons nettoyé nous-mêmes la chambre (gouttes de café sur les meubles de chevet et cadre de lit). Sans compter les draps et taies d’oreiller tachés. This was escalated to the chairman. After much to and fro it was agreed I would receive a refund of two nights as we left early due to lack of choice and general incompetence. 'This hotel is situated on a beautiful private property, with a lovely garden and private beach with rock pools! Food - especially Sri Lankan food - was fantastic!
