'Excellent staff—very welcoming and accommodating. Everything was clean, and the service was outstanding. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a little bit of luxury while staying close to brisbane'

'The difficulty with this accommodation is that it sits between one-way streets. The entry is in one street and the car park in another. I did appreciate having the car in secure parking. When it was time to leave I had to find a way to get out of the carpark, which I needed the key for and then travel a few blocks in order to come in via the one-way streets to hand in the key via the other entrance. I did suggest that the hotel considers putting a key deposit box at the exits for the car parks....

'Accommodations were perfect. Everything was very clean. We had just come off a 13 day cruise so having laundry facilities was perfect Merlo coffee around the corner on Thompson Street was amazing the train station a five minute block away so we could get to CBD was great and also taking the train to the Gold Coast was so convenient from that location'

'De werkelijkheid is niet van hetzelfde niveau als de foto's. Er wordt duidelijk bespaard op onderhoud van de kamers. Uitrusting van keuken onvoldoende. Service en professionaliteit van receptie medewerkers zeer wisselend. Wel mooi uitzicht vanuit de kamer.'
