« Very rude staff and completly lack in customer service.. rooms are not sound proof and AC doesn't work .. highly humid as close to sea and staff is not supportive at all .. I need to leave the room as can't sleep and no further support offered by management. Don't fall in trap of fake ratings this place has .. some rooms are without windows. »

« The property charged like 5 stars, but our glamp from inside was in poor condition, curtains rails were ripped, the sofa chair was broken so when i sat on it i fell down. The quality of bedding was poor quality, overall i did not like the property condition compared to what they charged me. The staff however was very courteous. »
