'Great staff'

'Nicole N and her colleagues took very well care of us. Thank you very much. Good pool but also very good, no, excellent breakfast. Also dinner and lunch options are great. The vicinity is not very inspiring. '

'The Waldorf Astoria Doha Lusail is a stunning hotel with great facilities, but their front desk service and room management were incredibly disappointing. I specifically booked a King room, but when I arrived at 5:50 PM, I was told it was unavailable. Instead, they downgraded me to a handicap-accessible room, and it wasn't even ready until very late at night. To make it worse, the communication was nonexistent. I clearly told the front desk that my local Kuwaiti SIM was turned off and asked them...

'The service at Ibis Sharq is AMAZING. The staff is so kind and always there to assist you however you want. The greatest benefit was the walking distance to The Kuwait Towers. '

'Erg vriendelijke behulpzame en professionele medewerkers. Ons werd op het hart gedrukt dat het gehele hotel non smoking zou zijn. Niets is helaas minder waar. Zowel in naastgelegen kamers als op de gemeenschappelijke gang werd 's avonds meermalen uitgebreid gerookt en we konden niet in slaap komen door de smerige geur die door de kieren van onze kamerdeur heen drong. 'Staff was amazing went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. will definitely stay there again.'

'Very good facilities, super kind and helpful staff, good location. Rooms are very well designed, very quiet and clean. '

'Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, mooi hotel, goede locatie'

'I had a wonderful stay! The breakfast spread was marvelous with so many delicious choices, and the warm swimming pool was a real highlight. A special thanks to the wonderful staff, who made me feel so comfortable and supported throughout my stay. My room was very clean, though it does need a quick maintenance check—water leaks from the sides of the bathtub during showers even with the curtain drawn.'

'Need maintenance for sure and cleaning '

'Perfect hotel with accurate limo service to/from airport'

'they said i have not booked and lost the money will never use your service again'

'Friendly & attentive staff.'
