Perfect Beach Get-Away!

From start to finish, we had a blast! We arrived a little early due to our flight and decided to drop our bags and head straight to the beach. For an end of September day, it was crowded! Once we were able to check in, we headed up to the condo. It’s been beautifully renovated like the listing mentioned. The main room had a large tv and separate bath, new bedding and cute decor. The kitchen is small, but perfect for my husband and I. The beach theme throughout the condo is so tasteful. The condo was very clean and included all things to get us started including dish soap, sponges, trash bags and mini toiletries. We discovered the umbrella and chairs that came in handy all week. The water front unit had the prettiest sunrises and it was so peaceful enjoying a morning cup of coffee watching the team set up the chair rentals. It’s located close to all the good spots to eat, grocery store for all your needs and a quick drive to LuLu’s for an evening of music and beer. We enjoyed our stay here so much and look forward to booking again next year in the same unit — why go somewhere else when you have everything needed here?? Cheers :)

Great Stay, Great Time, Great Host !!

We had a great time at this location. The view from the balcony into the beach is just spectacular. We had breakfast from the balcony every day. Beach was great, location was great, the actual apt. was clean and had everything we needed - host answered all questions and concerns very quickly. I'd say small issue was one (or 2?) of the elevators were out at times, so it took a bit of time to get back into our space - but overall no issues. We'd definitely go back.

The property has good accessibility to beach. It was very busy and had to wait at elevator and fight for your spot to get on. Spent 20 minutes one time and was drenched in sweat by time we were ready to eat out. Walls are thi. So you hear every neighbors noise. Our bed has a price of foam added to the top and wasn’t comfortable. Hot water didn’t work in kitchen sink and never was able to get the cable to work. We put in work orders with no response. It was just not a good fit for us.

Week at the Beach

Great Condo with plenty of room. Having the 2 bathrooms was great. It was only 2 of us but a small family could definitely work in this unit. Beautiful view! Loved the pool and tiki bar. Beach chairs and umbrella made it so relaxing. Be sure and rent ahead to get front row by water. We would highly recommend this place. No issues at all and communication was great.

PERFECT stay! We saw dolphins and manatees from balcony!

I’ve stayed at Pelican Beach Resort MANY times. I absolutely love staying on the direct beach front side and this condo had THE best view! We saw 12 dolphin one morning and first time ever to see a manatee strolling by! Crazy! Condo was super clean. Bed pulled out in living room (so helpful). They had everything we needed to cook & more. It was bright and cheery! Pool & Tiki Bar always amazing. They have a kid pool for littles and we went to town in the arcade down stairs! Lol. Def will book again here. 10 stars!

Clean! Amazing views and amenities!

My husband, child, and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The unit itself was clean and comfortable. We did not experience any issues with the unit, but I did communicate with the owner prior to our arrival, and she was very responsive! The resort itself is nice. Although the wait time for elevators could be frustrating during peak times, the overall amenities (4 pools, tiki bar with beach service, beach chair setup, cafe on site, walking distance to restaurants...and the best part: gorgeous gult-front views right off your balcony) made up for it. We will definitely be back!

So nice

We had one issue with the shower and maintenance was there and fixed it within minutes. Couldn’t sleep with the fan on in the master because the lights would randomly come on in the middle of the night and become strobe lights. There were no trash bags provided and that was not listed as something we needed to bring on our own, so we were unprepared for that. Overall, there was no real complaints. We are hoping to book again for next year!

My family and I had an amazing time, property management was wonderful and very fast responding with any questions. The location was great and close to a lot of activities. The view from the condo was spectacular. The condo is very kid friendly.

Very nice place but very scary the last couple days

Property was great and everything was to satisfaction. Until the last couple of nights while we were asleep in the middle of night the lights in the bedroom would randomly come on and wake us. We left lights on when leaving one afternoon for dinner and come back at a decent hour and all lights were turned off. The last night there we went out for dinner and come back to a pair of my bathing suit bottoms laying on the coffee table in living room which really made us two females feel uncomfortable. We know for a fact we did not get undressed in the living room just bed room.

Absolutely perfect

Our view was spectacular! The condo was very nice and had everything we needed. The weather cooperated with us after an initial storm and we had beautiful sunny days. Only issue that noone can control is there was an algae bloom which made sitting on the beach less desirable. We just used the pool which was right off the beach and directly below our unit which was perfect. We would definitely stay again.

Exactly as advertised

Beautiful beachfront property. There was something wrong with the light/fan in the master bedroom that we were unable to figure out. Fan kept turning off randomly and light in the room would randomly turn on. Maybe it’s just on a timer somewhere but the light coming on at 5:30 am was no fun. Other than that minor issue, everything was perfect.

Wonderful Vacation

We had a wonderful time at this property. Everyone was super easy to work with. The unit was clean and well equipped for our needs. The ocean view was amazing and the location of the property was convenient to the Harbor, restaurants and shopping.
