« Had a wonderful stay at the Shangri-La Mountain Retreat! Not a stretch to say one of the best stocked rental homes ever I've ever booked. We stayed two nights with three families including kids ranging from 2-12 years old. Everything you could ask for was available for cooking in the kitchen with more than enough glasses and tableware in excellent condition. « As the description suggests, this is a tiny little house. Kitchen is good for pre-made food brought in to store and eat. Bed is comfy and the place had everything we needed for a couple of nights in Julian. »

« This was a girls vacation, just me and my 23 year old daughter. We loved the stay. Everything is just as beautiful as it is in the pictures. The house was very clean. The area was very quiet and peaceful. It was a 10 out of 10 for us. We would love to stay here again. We traveled to the San Diego Zoo and Sea World. It is about 1:45-2:00 hours to get there so not a bad drive at all. We explored the area. We were in a front wheel drive vehicle. I would suggest 4 wheel drive if you like to explore...
