Located across from the Sculpture Park, walking distance to all the amazing restaurants on Ingersoll, Confluence and Big Grove Brewery are just steps away - enjoy everything downtown has to offer!

The Argonne building is in a great spot downtown at the end of Grand. Close enough to the night lift, but far enough and quiet enough to relax and unwind. PERFECT spot for traveling medical professionals - 5-7 minutes to all the downtown hospitals. Also blocks away from Gateway Park - where multiple DSM festivals are held.
