College Hill offers one of the most convenient locations for attending major events in downtown Des Moines. The community is connected to the quiet Mercy College campus while remaining only about a five-minute walk from Casey’s Center and the Iowa Events Center.

You can enjoy your event without dealing with arena traffic, expensive rideshares, or the frustration of finding downtown parking. When the event ends, simply walk back to your apartment and relax.

Downtown dining, nightlife, breweries, shopping, Court Avenue, and the East Village are also a short drive or rideshare away. The neighborhood provides a great balance: close enough to enjoy downtown Des Moines but removed from the late-night noise of the busiest entertainment districts.


Guests have private access to the entire apartment during their reservation, including the living area, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and all appliances and amenities provided inside the unit.
Guests may also use the shared building entrance, hallways, and designated parking areas.
Shared Laundry: Laundry is free and located at the end of the hallway close to the elevators.
Shared Gym: Open 24 hours a day, accessible with your key fob.

Building-entry instructions, apartment-access information, and parking directions will be provided before check-in.

Parking: We provide 1 free parking pass for the parking lot. The pass will either be located in the lockbox or in your unit. All vehicles without a pass will be towed at the owner's expense.

Enter the building through the west entrance. There is a lockbox on the wall to the right of the double doors. It is marked with your reserved unit #.

Codes and keys:
1. Choose the lockbox marked with your reserved unit number, and enter the code we will provide you with followed by the enter button.
2. Enter into the lobby. The elevators will be to your Right.

Casey’s Center and the Iowa Events Center are approximately a five-minute walk from the apartment, making this an ideal location for guests attending concerts, games, tournaments, conventions, and other major events.
Guests can walk to nearby downtown destinations or use a short rideshare for Court Avenue, the East Village, restaurants, breweries, nightlife, shopping, and other Des Moines attractions.
A vehicle may be helpful for exploring areas outside downtown, but it is not necessary for guests whose primary plans are at Casey’s Center or the Iowa Events Center.
Major roads and interstate access are nearby, providing convenient travel throughout the Des Moines metro area.


This apartment is located within College Hill, a quiet residential community connected to the Mercy College campus. It is an excellent choice for guests attending concerts, sporting events, tournaments, conventions, graduations, or other activities at Casey’s Center and the Iowa Events Center.
Although the apartment is close to downtown entertainment, this is not a party property. College students, healthcare professionals, and permanent residents live nearby, so guests must be respectful of the community and keep noise to a minimum.
Downtown restaurants, breweries, shopping, nightlife, and attractions are only a short walk, drive, or rideshare away.
No smoking, vaping, parties, or unregistered guests are permitted.
