'The moment we walked through the door we felt at home at this lovely cottage. It is in a quiet area yet on walking distance from the centre of Bakewell. The cottage is very clean and everything you need is there. We can also recommend it for people whitouth a car. There are may busses that stop in Bakewell and the area is beautifull. Would definately go back. '

'The cottage was exactly what we were looking for. It was small but very comfortable and it had everything that we needed. We especially loved having the espresso machine and the instant hot water. The views from all the windows were outstanding. The local home owners that we met were very helpful and provided some tips on things that they recommended to do.'

'Everything was plain sailing (a little hiccup) just yards away from the property (this teensy matter could be averted by a little arrow on the existing property signs) We had a nice welcome chat with the owner, Ray who was welcoming and convivial but he does observe the holiday makers total privacy (no big brother style here) but is on hand should you need to make any enquiry. 'Lovely area, property even smaller than photo's basically its a 1 up 1 down! Stairs a problem if you have mobility issues. Owner has certainly made the most out of the space. Very clean & nicely decorated.Stayed 2 nights over the bank holiday weekend, We thought it was expensive for the size. But served the purpose. '
