We recently stayed at this property and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience, primarily due to a malfunctioning heating system and lack of timely response from management.On the first night, we woke up in the middle of the night to find the cadet heating system stuck in the “on” position. The thermostat dials would not turn off, and the temperature inside reached approximately 83. With no way to shut it down, we had to open windows and doors during heavy wind and rain, using towels and even rocks outside to try to prevent rainwater from entering the home.We immediately left a voicemail, sent a text, and an email, but received no response until we followed up again. When a technician finally arrived, he initially addressed an unrelated issue (door batteries) and seemed unconcerned about the heating problem, even commenting on how hot it was inside. He made a quick adjustment and left.That night, the issue occurred again. The heat became stuck on, reaching approximately 84, and two members of our party became physically ill and nauseated due to the extreme indoor temperature. This created a very uncomfortable and concerning situation, especially in the middle of the night with no way to control the heat.Once again, we reached out early in the morning and did not receive a response until we followed up hours later. A second technician eventually arrived and confirmed the unit was faulty and grounded, requiring a full replacement.
