We were a group of 8 and stayed for 4 nights, and there was plenty of space for all of us. The twin bunks were too wobbly, and no one trusted sleeping on those so a few of us had to double up on the queen beds. All beds were very comfortable. My only complaint was when we checked in, the pool vaccum hose was detached and started shooting water all over the patio area. We were not allowed to turn pump off or remove the hose. The pool guy was supposed to reach out sometime that week, but it never got fixed while we were there.
The home is beautiful and is mostly well stocked. There are a few issues to note. The backyard is beautiful just very small compared to what the pictures show. Still lovely. However, there is a blooming tree that keeps the pool full of flowers and in need of constant maintenance. The pool was not very clean and we asked for service. They said they would come the next day, but no one showed up. We tried to use the firepit, but it was out of order. We did not call on this one as it was minor. Just be aware you may not get to do smores on the pit. The Sana was lovely and there is plenty of seating outside. There are plenty of bedrooms located throughout the out house giving separate areas for families. This is nice. The beds are super hard. No traditional box springs. Not so uncomfortable for a long weekend, but after a few days, it's pretty rough. The bedding is very clean and nice. One of the bedrooms is missing the doorhandle on the inside and one couple got locked in their room. We had a good laugh. Just be aware. There are only two baths for 5 bedrooms. So make note of that! The master bath is the BEST showerhead of any place I've stayed all over the world. Very nice! The kitchen has plenty of plates, cups and silverware for large groups. However, there are no dish towels or oven mitts. No crockpot, and only one large mixing bowl. There is a traditional coffee pot, but no Keurig style. Everything else you would need is stocked. Plenty of trash bags and paper towels.
Multiple texts daily with property agent to clean pool & hot tub. There was trash, left in one of the bedrooms under the bed. Water bottle, soda cans, & snack wrappers. Also had to have maintenance come look at the fire pit and grill, because neither one would lite. Garage remotes had to be reprogrammed. 5 of the 7 pool sticks were missing tips. AC was programmed at 72 and it was still 74 after midnight. Contacted them back-and-forth up until 1:00am when it finally hit 69, but they would not put it lower than 69. The property was nice, but all the communication with the property agent and having multiple maintenance people come in and out, was inconvenient and very frustrating! Multiple pictures were sent to the property agent. The house was not monitored and well maintained, and definitely not ready when we got there!
