Nice chalet with fenced garden of 800m2 of land with a wide lawn area. The kidney-shaped pool is 8m x 4m with Roman stairs and outdoor shower. A pleasant barbecue area awaits us in the shade to enjoy summer days.

The house is divided into two floors and is available for 4 or 6 people.

Covered parking with capacity for two vehicles from where access is made through a staircase to the interior of the main dwelling which forms two double rooms, one with a double bed and the other room with two single beds. Both rooms have air conditioning. On the same floor there is a bathroom with shower and washing machine.

The American kitchen has all the amenities such as oven, microwave, toaster, fridge with freezer and ceramic hob. The living room with satellite TV and stereo leads to a glazed terrace where the dining area is located with views of the pool and garden.

The exterior staircase takes us to the ground floor of the house where the studio is located with a double room with a double bed and a bathroom with shower. At the entrance of the studio there is a small covered terrace with views of the garden and pool.

When renting the house for 4 people, the studio will remain closed.

The distance to the sandy beach is 4 km, to the city centre 5 km, restaurants 2 km and supermarkets 3 km.

Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity and heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets) are not included, nor wifi, sheets or towels. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.
