Located in an exclusive private neighborhood of Stone Island, this beautiful 5/2.5 resort like home sits on a canal that leads directly to Lake Monroe and St. John’s River. Home has 3000 sq ft of living space plus 3500 sq ft of impressive outdoor space that is completely screened in. Open floor plan yet plenty of space to retreat to for privacy. Great for friends, families, and absolutely perfect for a staycation! Enjoy Florida lifestyle in the massive wide open outdoor space that has a beautiful pool, separate seating, dining, and lounging areas including a gas grill. Great location with shopping, restaurants, and 5 parks nearby.
Bring your boat and fishing poles! There are two public boat ramps close by. Enjoy fishing and all the wildlife Florida has to offer. Once you’re here you will never want to leave!

Please note that our pool is heated by solar, so with full sun water will be around 10 degrees warmer than the lowest daily temperature. It will be too cold to swim when we get cold fronts in and the nightly temperature drops down in the 60s.

Enterprise/Deltona is located between Orlando and Daytona beach with easy access to i4. Most attractions are close by around 10 minutes to under an hour.

Blissful Swamp

This is an excellent property for those that are looking for an escape in the northern Orlando area. Still close enough to get to the Orlando attractions (about 45 min away) but also feel like you are getting a much more locals view of the area. Don't miss going to Black Bear Wilderness Loop Trail and the Wetlands were both amazing ways to connect with the bountiful nature in the area. House is comfortable and quiet and exactly as advertised.

OMG! Best kept secret minutes from Orlando

Amazing Villa, super clean, lovely decorated, perfect Host

We were a party of 9 Friends and stayed 5 nights in this wonder house by the river. Got absolutely flashed when entering first time. In- and Outside Areas are much bigger than it seems on the pictures. Had amazing evenings in the Patio at the gas firepit. Location is quiet and peaceful but not too far from shops and restaurants and also some Nature Parks and Springs. Host Kahui responds very quick to messages, thanks again for that. This house is a absolute gem! 12 of us traveled together ages 63 to 3 years old. The house was perfect for everyone. We saw wildlife, my 15 year old loved fishing off the dock.
