Great family stay in Delray Beach!

great place for wide age ranges, from 4 to 17 to adults.Pool was great and planets fo pool toys for kids. Kitchen well appointed. Living room warm though needs more indirect lighting.Dining room chairs were too low, uncomfortable and lighting is too harsh..needs a dimmer! All else was great!Thanks.

Great house, great location

We enjoyed a lovely family vacation at Villa Layana. The house is located in a nice quiet residential neighborhood. The house was clean and had all the amenities one needs for a family vacation. Our group was 2 couples and 2 kids and we were very comfortable. The location was great, just 5 min drive from Atlantic Ave restaurants and the beach. The pool was the highlight for our kids. It’s kept at a warm temperature and they enjoyed the pool floats in garage. Look forward to staying here again in the future!

Property was clean and perfectly stocked with everything you need. It was a perfect set up for our family would def return!! Only prob was coffee maker Keurig side was broken and Roku TV wouldn't actually play in Master bedroom, so not sure if that was us or tv? Great walking distance to Atlantic Ave and nice neighboorhood!! Cant wait to return!

Family vacation

We stayed at the house for 5 days for a family vacation to Delray Beach. The location of the house was perfect as it was 5 minutes from downtown and 5 minutes to the beach. Upon checkin, the house was very clean and the owners left us a nice welcome package including snacks. It was very thoughtful! The pool and outdoor area was very nice and was perfect for our kids. The AC and internet worked very well and the house had all essential items needed for a great vacation. We cooked at home for a few meals and ordered publix delivery which was also only 5 minutes from the house. All in all I recommend this house with 5 stars.

Perfect

Villa Layana was perfect for our week’s vacation. Close to the beach and Atlantic Ave. as well as Publix grocery store and Walgreens. The Villa is just as pictured, so comfortable and clean. Bed was very comfy. We loved that there were nice beach chairs to take to the beach and pool floats for the pool.the neighborhood is so nice and quiet. We will definitely return!

Perfect Getaway House

My family and I loved Villa Layana! It was comfortable, spacious, clean, homey and centrally located to restaurants and shops. It was well stocked with all the necessities you need in a home away from home. We cooked a few times in the kitchen and grilled by the pool. All we had to buy, was the food. (NOTE TO GUEST: Check the kitchen cabinets before you make an instacart delivery. There weren't any spices provided besides salt and pepper and no condiments if you grill.) The outdoor pool area was FANTASTIC, which is where we spent most our time. Beach towels are provided for guests. And to our surprise we found a variety of inflatable pool floats in the garage! (NOTE TO OWNER: a device to blow up the pool floats would be much appreciated and more sanitary. A few of them were deflated.) If you aren't a great swimmer be weary, as the pool gets deep very quick. We are good swimmers so it didn't bother us. We also went to the beach quite often, which is a 7 min car ride from the house. Beach chairs, an umbrella and a great cooler that kept our drinks cold the entire day are all provided in the garage! We loved Villa Layana and will definitely be back!

Fabulous place

Absolutely loved our stay here. The home was furnished so lovely; upscale vibe which was extremely comfortable. It somehow feels like vacation but also home! We enjoyed the backyard with the beautiful pool as well. Beautiful, quiet neighborhood close to everything; beach, restaurants etc.

Great home in a beautiful neighborhood

Great trip with family and friends! The house has just about everything you need to enjoy your time at the pool, beach, bbq, or just hanging around the house. I had everything I needed to work from home when I had to log in on the trip. The home was equipped with good wifi and even a printer! The location is in a beautiful safe neighborhood and close to all the bar/restaurants/shops you will need! The beds are super comfy and have all linens/ towels you will need. Also has a brand new washer dryer which is great after trips to the beach. Highly recommended great with a very accommodating host! Cant miss with this house!

Lovely House

We had a great stay at this house. Location was a nice quiet residential neighborhood. Backyard was private and relaxing with areas of both sun and shade, several lounge chairs and umbrellas and nice heated pool. Good beach chairs and umbrella were provided. Master bed was super comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous Stay

The neighborhood is very nice, safe, walking distance to a local park/playground and short drive to downtown Delray. Our families favorite part of the trip was definitely the backyard. It was private, spacious, and serene. Beds were super comfortable and we had our infant son there and the host was gracious to provide a pack and play/highchair.

Absolute dream!

Villa Layana is pure magic. It’s in a dream neighborhood and is set up so meticulously thoughtful and provides everything for you or your family to forget the rest of the world even exists. We enjoyed every part of staying there, from the luxury feel of the beds, to the calm and serene aesthetic, to the lush and fun outdoor pool space. Kitchen/pantry is amazing, as well as a wonderfully functional laundry and utility room. We were able to relax and recreate memories with our kids and family that will be in our hearts in this special place forever. Truly something magical and rare - can’t say enough positive things! We hope to come back and stay again as our sentiment toward the house was echoed by our three little ones. Best VRBO experience thus far, top to bottom!!
