  • Leuk, strand en Downtown vakantiewoning! Slechts 5 minuten rijden naar het strand en Downtown DelRay. Verkozen tot nummer 1 meest leuke, kleine stad in Amerika! Mooi, zalig, tropisch huis met verwarmd zwembad en tiki-hut. 4 slaapkamers en 3 badkamers. Mooie, ruime woning met veel zon. Gelegen op Historic N. Swinton Ave .. net ten noorden van de beroemde Atlantic Ave., met alle heerlijke restaurants, dessertcafés, geweldige leuke winkeltjes en een mooi en rustig strand. Dicht bij Publix Supermarket, CVS en Walgreens. Slechts een korte 15 minuten rijden naar de luchthaven West Palm Beach en 25 minuten rijden naar de internationale luchthaven van Fort Lauderdale. De luchthaven van Miami ligt op 1 uur rijden. Veel leuke attracties - ritten met de luchtboot in de Everglades, een van de beste diepzeevissen ter wereld, Palm Beach Zoo, Miami Seaquarium en meer. 15 minuten rijden naar Mizner Park restaurants, winkels, Amphitheater shows en IPIC bioscoop. Slechts 20 minuten rijden naar City Place. 5 minuten rijden om te genieten van de prachtige zon, zand en zee bij DelRay Beach en 10/15 minuten rijden naar het leuke Boca Beach. The property location was convenient and worked well for our stay. The house could use some updates and remodeling, especially the appliances. The backyard furniture was also a bit old and dirty. With a few improvements, the property would be even better.

What a great house and the location is superb! We are in town for several months on a long project and the willingness of the ownership to be so gracious was amazing! We will be back when they have availability!

Great House, Great Location

We had a wonderful stay at this great property! The house is very nice and is in a great location. It was well equipped and the owner was extremely responsive to any questions we had during our stay. I highly recommend this house and its amenities!

Spacious home in a great location. Host was timely and attentive to any question or need that arose. The back pool and tiki area could use a good pressure wash but there is plenty of room to entertain.

We absolutely loved our stay here ! Host was so responsive and welcoming. We needed bicycles and Jack came immediately with new ones ! The neighborhood is safe , great for big families. Area with lots of fun things to do close by. Highly recommend this home!

Celebrate 2025

The house is close to downtown Delray, shops and restaurants. The neighborhood is great to walk around and admire beautiful homes and landscaping. We enjoyed the pool and tiki hut everyday. The house had plenty of towels, pool and beach chairs/umbrella. We had a great time and would recommend it and stay there again.

An Awesome Vacation

We loved the property and the home.. a great location, close to the beach, and downtown Delray on the Av where all the Restaurants, cafes and clubs... also our 2 little dogs loved the experience also.. a great backyard, pool and Tiki Hut... The Host were amazing wonderful people.. they get a 10 Star on a 1 to 5.. We can't wait to go back...

We absolutely loved this house! It was close to downtown and the beach and the neighborhood was super safe. The owners were a pleasure to work with and were available whenever we asked questions. We will definitely be back!

Tiki House

Our family had a wonderful vacation at this home. As described, it was spacious , nicely decorated , clean comfortable and the amenities plentiful. The heated pool was a definite plus and the Tiki Hut was a great outdoor hangout ! Our host Jack was very attentive to our need and communication was excellent. We definitely would rent this home again if returning to DelRay !

This is a great house in a good neighborhood that’s nice for walking. It is close to downtown and the beach. The backyard pool and space was enjoyed by all. We plan to return next January.

The pool needed to be vacuumed and filter was not running efficiently. I told the host. Outside of house needed to be pressure washed. Inside house was very clean and kitchen had all necessary equipment. Tiki hut was great to sit under when it was so hot. Washing machine did not spin the water out of the clothes. Had to hand ring them. Bedrooms/bathrooms perfect. Our family had a good time and would definitely use Vrbo again.

We loved our stay it this house. It was perfect location for all of my adult children and their significant others to gather. The location was great, the house was a nice open lay out and the pool and Tiki Hut were a wonderful place to gather at the end of the day. The managers were accessible and accommodating. We all had a great time and would definitely come back.

Great Spot

Great spot at a reasonable price. Short drive to the beach and downtown. Place was clean and owners provided nice amenities such as beach chairs, beach towels, toys, etc. pool very nice and relaxing. Was worried somewhat about road noise but with the beautiful vegetation around the yard you could not hear any traffic.
