'The house was very clean and comfortable. It was less than 10 minutes away from Main St, where all the activities were. It is in a main road so cars are always speeding past at all times of the day and night. It is pet friendly however there isn’t a closed in fence so you’ll have to watch your dog and put them on a leash. If you go up the hill in the back of the house, there’s a huge pasture surrounded by the woods, my dog was able to run around up there, I just had to stand where she couldn’t...

'Our stay at the farmhouse was excellent. Our family enjoyed the dinners around the large dining room table and the s’mores at the fire pit one evening. Using the grill was easy; everything needed was there for cooking and cleaning. Grabbed a 1860 book at a nearby Hobart bookstore, enjoyed lunch from the Bakers Grimm in Delhi and dinner another night at a brewery in Cooperstown following an hour drive to the baseball hall of fame. 'Great house for 2 families while at Cooperstown. A couple of issues that the owner addressed. The only downside and not really against the property but you cannot walk to Dreamspark so the proximity was nice but you cannot walk onto the complex.'

'Everything about our stay was easy! From check in to the amount of things stocked in the house. There is plenty of house since for an extended family like us or for multiple families. The house was stocked with plenty of activities like ping pong, air hockey, an Xbox 360 on each floor with games, movies, etc. A lot of great outdoor seating and space. The kitchen had everything you could want. There were ample linens and towel sets for each guest, washer and dryer, iron, etc. 24 minute drive to...

'Everything was perfect during my stay. The service was excellent, and everything went very smoothly. I’m really happy with the overall experience and would highly recommend it to anyone.'

'The house is a great fit size wise and room wise for a large group. Our 4 families each had private space and also found the common areas perfect for the group to gather around. However, the hot tub consistently had problems staying on. Because of this it also didn't filter well and was cloudy by the second day. This is the second year staying here with problems with the hot tub.'

'Fantastic place! Everything as advertised. '
