« House was as pictured. Very Clean. Nicely decorated with a decorator's touch! Furniture seemed brand new. Kitchen well equipped and beds very comfortable. House is in a quiet neighborhood. Host Jeff was very responsive to my inquiries. Highly recommend this home if you are staying in the area. »

« The house was very cute . I did have to reach out to the owner since he had not sent me the info to check in . Also he had forgot to have it cleaned so it was a delay in getting in the house . « Came for a baby shower with my daughter and granddaughter. We had so much more room in the townhouse than staying in a hotel. »

« We LOVED the quaintness of a 19th century home and the location was great for area activities/meals. The house is better stocked than any other I’ve rented before. Especially waking up the first morning and there were coffee products available!! Score = Perfect 10!! The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of space for several more guests. « Overall the place was nice and conveniently located outside downtown. Located on a very busy street and the grounds of the property needed some attention. The towels were left in the dryer and not enough of them. Still was a nice place to stay. »

« Spent three nights in early May 2024 in this new house located in a quiet community of new homes. Pristine condition and perfect size for our party of four, in town for a funeral. Within a two mile radius of Lafayette’s main thoroughfares like Ambassador Caffery Pkwy, and Johnston street. We ventured out to nearby restaurants for local delicacies: Lagneaux king of seafood- for crawfish boil, and Don’s seafood- for Gumbo. Some in my party reported scarce toiletries ( Towels, washcloths, etc…)...

« Great property in a relaxing and interesting location. Close access to the state park, boat ramp, and beach. The house exceeded our expectations, and we hope to visit again. »

« As advertised. Comfortable with plenty of room in a quiet neighborhood. The pool was a nice addition. It was a little chilly to swim but we had a picnic lunch on the deck. Our daughter and her kids were staying at a nearby RV park and came over several times. Only negative was the playhouse that was in poor condition and maybe a bit unsafe. I would recommend fixing or removing it. »

« This house was perfect for our family of five adults. Very unique rooms with comfy beds and soft linens. Lots of little extras that you don’t see from other owners. The back yard has a huge privacy fence, a nice fire pit, even tiki torches- all combined it made for perfect evenings sitting outside visiting. We hope this is available on our next visit to New Iberia. :) »

« We were greeted with a fresh batch of homemade chocolate chip cookies and 2 vases of freshly picked flowers from the property. The property was very cleaned, well stocked and decorated cute. It is located very close to EVERYTHING and we definitely stay here again if ever we come back. We had a small issue with the wi-fi. The owner lives on the property and the issue was immediately taken care of. GREAT stay!! ❤️ »
